Rigorous Product Testing

We take safety seriously. All sleep technology components undergo extensive, rigorous testing to ensure they meet or exceed hospitality standards:

  • We test fabrics for elongation, stretch, durability and snagging.
  • We assess the compliance of the foams, Beautyrest® Pocketed Coil® springs as well as the overall durability of all bedding components.
  • All Beautyrest foams are CertiPur-US® and do not contain ozone depleters; PBDE flame retardants; mercury, lead or other heavy metals; formaldehyde; and phthalates and are certified to have low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions.
  • All Beautyrest fabrics also meet Oeko-Tex 100 standards, internationally recognized safety.

FireBlocker

We are proud to be an industry leader by manufacturing open-flame resistant products since 2005 that meet or exceed the federal flammability standard. Our FireBlocker system is a proprietary blend of natural and synthetic fibers that help isolate the impact of a fire and limit its spread. All Beautyrest Hospitality products comply with all applicable safety, health and environmental regulations. In addition, we fully comply with the standards of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.
